If you were a sixty year plus entrepreneur or an executive who is twenty to forty pounds overweight, and you've tried diets, trainers, maybe even coaches, and you're still not where you want to be. There's one reason that why this keeps happening and it has nothing to do with your discipline. So if you stick with me for a few minutes, let me show you exactly what most people are missing. It might be your case as well. My name is Andres. I'm a registered dietitian. I have thirteen years of experience doing this stuff. I have a master's in force nutrition and exercise science, and I've coached quite a few pro athletes all across pretty much every major league in the US. CEOs running seven, eight, and nine figure businesses and over seven hundred driven clients who wanted their body to match the rest of their life. And I don't say that to impress you, but to impress upon you, so you're to understand that there's people that come to me for a particular reason. This is something that I have learned. Most people in your position believe the same thing. If I just tried harder, if I was more disciplined, this would finally click. And I honestly get what you would think that because discipline is how you build your career, right? It's how you run your business or whatever you work. It's how you've accomplished everything else. Here's the problem. Discipline is still important, but the more you lean on it with your body, the worse that it gets, because you start to push harder. And honestly, the results don't always match the effort and you get pretty frustrated. And one day off becomes an off week, and then you restart. You push again, same cycle for five, ten, twenty years. The gap here isn't your discipline, even though it's important, the gap is that discipline was never the tool for this specific job. Think about this. You didn't grow your business or your career by just wanting to have more, wanting to escalate the ladder. It was not just the desire. You had to do some stuff in between. You had to install systems, you had to track numbers, you built feedback loops, you made decisions based on data, not emotion, But with your body, you've been doing the exact opposite. Manually cranking the heater every single day, eating stricter, training harder, white knuckling on the weekends, instead of installing a thermostat that tells you when you need to maybe increase the temperature or lower it down. So it does automatically. It's the same brain, but you have to apply different rules. The fastest way to lose thirty pounds and keep that weight off is not more discipline. It's installing a system that makes consistency automatic. When the system runs, you don't need the motivation. You don't need to restart every other Monday. Results stop being fragile and it become kind of expected. I'm going to give you one example of this. I'm going to put my money where my mouth is. A client of mine, his name is Mike, he's fifty years old. He came to me about thirty pounds overweight. He runs a pretty successful shoe business up north. He was pretty overweight and he came in doing everything right. He was checking all the boxes, training hard, eating pretty well, as he told me, and he was still stuck for years. We didn't have more discipline to the equation because he have that, we installed system. A clear structure for nutrition, objective tracking so we can understand what was happening, weekly adjustments and checking in, and removing the emotion from making the decisions, accountability to be able to follow through with this. What was the result? Well, he lost thirty pounds in about four months, a lot quicker than I expected him to do that. And that was actually two years ago. Ask me where he's at right now. The weight's still off and he says he doesn't even think about this stuff anymore. It's just a new identity, just how he lives now. Same man, different operating system, which leads or led to different results. And results like this are hundreds from people who've gone through our methodology. Gabriel is a father of two, he got shredded before his 40s. Tyler is a business owner. It's a dad of three. He lost fifteen pounds before his trip to Italy last year. Jana is a busy executive in California. She lost twenty pounds, eating over eighteen hundred calories. Tom is a VP of sales for a big company. He lost fifteen pounds after coming off of a ketogenic frenzy and still crushing it after five years later when I reach out to him to see how he was doing. And just like these guys, there's way too many to count to add into this video. Here's what I tell every person that I work with. The longer you keep trying to out discipline this, the more years you lose. And the math only gets harder with age because you're not getting any younger. Muscle gets harder to build, recovery gets slower and years start to compound and the habits get worse and harder to change. If you're going to fix this, the best time to do it was ten years ago, and the second best time is right now. If this resonated with you and you want to see what installing a system like that would actually look like for you specifically, not a generic plan, I open up a few one on one coaching spots every single month. I want you to click the button below this video, book a strategy conversation with me or a member of my team, and we're going to map out what's actually getting in your way, And I'll tell you straight up if I can help you or if I can't. There's no pressure. There's no pitch in here happening. Either way, please stop out disciplining this. Install the system because that's where things change. See you on the other side.
